Rules for admission and studying at iSmart Club
1. The study period begins on September 1, 2019 according to the schedule and lasts until May 31, 2020.
2. Educational activities are not provided:
from October 21 to October 27, 2019
from December 23, 2019 to January 5, 2020
from February 24, 2020 to March 1, 2020
from April 20 to April 26, 2020
from June 10, 2020 to August 31, 2020
and during public holidays:
December 23-26, 2019 – Christmas
January 1, 2020 – New Year
February 23-24, 2020 – Independence Day, ER anniversary
April 10, 2020 – Good Friday
May 1, 2020 – Spring Day
3. To enter iSmart Club school, one should:
3.1. Fill out the registration form on the website (http://bit.ly/registration_ismartclub), choose the course according to the child’s age, as well as the place and time of the classes.
3.2. Sign a contract in paper or in electronic form before the beginning of classes.
3.3. The contract is signed once for the entire period of studying until the child reaches 16 years of age.
3.4. If the child attended iSmart Club school in the 2017-2018 or 2018-2019 academic years, re-registering and re-signing the contract are not necessary.
3.5. If the contact information of a parent (fiduciary) and / or payer has changed, you should notify the school by writing to email@example.com.
4.1. It is possible to pay for the study period as follows:
4.1.1. to pay the whole sum for a year (with a discount of 10%);
4.1.2. to pay every month (September-June)
4.2. The price for pre-school course is 200 euros (180 euros with a discount) or 20 euros every month (10 payments). The price for 1-5 courses 450 euros (405 euros with a discount) or 45 euros every month (10 payments).
5. Terms of study at iSmart Club:
5.1. The time and place of studying is agreed with a parent (fiduciary) and indicated in the contract.
5.2. During the school year, a child may change the group of studies of the same course, if available. This should be agreed with the school coordinator in at least 7 days.
5.3. Recalculation at the end of the school year is made in the following cases:
5.3.1. if a child missed at least 3 lessons in a row because of illness on the basis of a certificate from a doctor provided no later than 2 weeks after returning to classes;
5.3.2. if a child missed classes because of competitions, exams, etc. based on the written confirmation of the trainer, examiner or other organizer.
5.4. The contract can be terminated by notifying the school in advance (in 30 calendar days) by writing a free-form application to firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.4.1. Detailed information about the recalculation after the contract termination is indicated in the contract.
6. Participation in competitions.
6.1. The cost of studying does not include expenses associated with additional training and participation in competitions outside the school (additional classes, school attributes, travel expenses, accommodation, fees for participating in competitions, etc.). They are paid separately and negotiated for each individual competition.
